Residence Policy
Check-in
Guests can check-in after 16:00 in the afternoon.
Cancellation
In order to receive a full refund, guests need to cancell their booking at least 30 days prior to their check-in date
Smoking
No smoking is allowed in the interior spaces of the residence.
Check-out
Guests need to have checked-out untill 11:00 in the morning.
Minimum Stay
The minimum number of nights guests can book the residence is 7
Pets
No pets are allowed.
Children
Due to the design, facilities and Health & Safety of the Villa exterior, children from 1 to 12 years old are not permitted to stay at the Villa.
pool
-The pool, children’s pool & whirlpool can only be heated together.
-The pool, children’s pool & whirlpool can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees.
-4 days in advance – prior notice is required, before arrival, for the pool to reach 28 °C depending on the outdoor temperature.
The cost is 70€ per day.
